A Fortune 500 metal decorator specializing in can coating required a robust cooling coil enclosure system.
A Fortune 500 metal decorator specializing in can coating sought to capture waste heat from the exhaust of their new oxidizer systems. A bypass system was required as well to divert air around the coil for maintenance or for conditions not suitable for the coil.
A tailored cooling coil enclosure was designed to fit the specific spatial and operational requirements of the facility. Using durable materials, the enclosure was fabricated to ensure longevity and reliability under high-temperature conditions. Complete Air Fab designed, fabricated and installed the coil, and the bypass damper and ductwork. The installation team ensured precise placement and integration of the coil and the bypass damper and ductwork into the oxidizer exhaust system.
